The James River Aquatic Club will host its 50th annual Championship Meet on Thursday and Friday, July 28-29, at the NOVA Aquatics Center on Gayton Road. Our warm-up assignments are as follows:
Thursday, July 28: RT warms up in lane 7 from 7:30-8:00am. Meet begins at 9am. Events are IM, back, breast, and medley relays.
Friday, July 29: RT warms up in lane 5 from 8:00-8:30am. Meet begins at 9am. Events are free, butterfly, and free relays.

We will be meeting at Jason's Deli (Willow Lawn) for a post-champs gathering on Friday, July 29 at 5:30pm. It's also a fundraiser for our team.
Don't forget, the annual swim team banquet will be at Ridgetop on Saturday, July 30, at 6pm |
