Hosting a successful swim meet for our children is dependent on having many, many volunteers working together. None of the jobs require any experience or detailed knowledge of the sport, as we have terrific parents already in place who will act as your mentors. Usually, parents gravitate toward a particular job that complements their personality. People who are good with numbers and details tend to like the table work, whereas the high-energy movers and shakers end up in clerk-of-course or as runners. Have a background in law?
